Financing Certificates were issued to donors who contributed to the Republican and Democrat National Committees as well as state and local political organizations.  Most are engraved and some are exceedingly beautiful (especially the Republican ones).  Others are printed and not necessairly pretty.  Rather difficult to find, the certificates  do not cost a lot.
